Born July 10, 1938 in Aziziyah, in the state of Medea, father of three children, he saved a large portion of the Holy Quran at the corners of the region and is from a revolutionary and conservative family. The Mujahid joined the ranks of the National Liberation Front in 1956. He participated in several activities in the region, such as the transfer of information and supplying the National Liberation Army factions with clothing, supplies and others, after which he joined the subversions of enemy property from burning and destruction.
With the beginning of 1957, Shayeb joined the ranks of the National Liberation Army in the Sulaymaniyah battalion in Al-Zubarbar district, in the fourth area of ​​the first zone. During that period, Mujahid received training and participated in several battles, including the Battle of Mutanan in July 1957 and the battle of the resort in late 1958 and other battles. He moved to Kumando Ali Khoja, who was active in the first zone.
The struggle of the militant Mujahid was not without military action in Komundo, and continued until the battle of Wad al-Qasari in Sidi Ali Bonab in Tizi Ouzou in the first region in January 1959, where the battle lasted a full day from dawn to sunset, during which the Mujahid was hit by the burning napalm bombs He was taken by the occupation to Tizi Ouzou Hospital for treatment. He was then taken to al-Ahkadriyah Prison, then to Al-Ghazlan Wall, and finally to the national detention center of Kamar al-Bukhari Municipality in Madiyya until independence.
After independence he participated in the construction and construction of Algeria, where he held several positions, the most recent member of the National Council of Mujahideen, and a member of the State Office until he died on 30 June 2012 after a fatal illness.
